Cancel a mobile phone order.

Hi,

I thought I'd try a new mobile phone network, ended up in a Vodafone shop earlier this week and signed up to a Nokia N8.

I have received an email stating they are sending it today, to the wrong address.

This has really annoyed me and want to cancel as I don't suffer fools easily. The address was correct on screen in the shop.

I have sent them an email today but have yet to receive a reply.

What is my position on cancelling this contract?

None, you signed up in store, if done via the internet or phone you'd have your 7/14 day cool off period, but that doesn't apply in store.

All you can do is find out why they sent it to the wrong address.
