Lost BBC Channels after moving telly!

Had my carpet cleaned and moved telly out of the room.
Reconnected it all up and now I can't get BBC1 and BBC2, signal strength is around 50%, but ITV is fine, shows as 60%.
I have got scart from digibox (marked TV not video) into back of TV.
I have got the outdoor aerial plugged into the digibox.
If I take aerial out and put direct into TV I can get BBC but not quite a crisp picture. Then again, I can't get any other digi channels.
Any ideas - it was fine until I moved it - pesky thing.
Also noticed since I had a new aerial last year that the picture isn't as wide as it used to be, ie there is a black area at the top and bottom of the screen. If you change the picture display button the picture stretches but looks a bit distorted. I used to get a full screen picture until the new aerial was installed.
Do you think BBC channels will come back with a rescan? Or will that risk me losing all the other channels? It just tries to get BBC and then I get a screen saying temporarily off air (which I know it isn't) as it still comes through upstairs.
Thanks

Sounds like a faulty aerial connection, check the co-ax plug and make sure it is made up correctly.0
