I signed up on 21 Oct (Thu). It was done at around 1800 hrs. If I were you I would call them up and threaten to cancel the offer unless they gave me the voucher. Surprised, you still have not received the paperwork yet. They tend to send that quite quickly.

Details of the deal for the Iphone 4 16Gb from Three website below. The Comet voucher wasn't a bad grab by OP, but I think I'd have been looking for slightly more if I was leaving them.

I currently have two contracts with them. One I will definitely be cancelling before expiry on 03/12 as it's for DS and he wants to move to O2 with his mates.

The other is my own (expires 12/12), and I'd be tempted to stay put if I could get a decent deal on the iPhone. I'll report back when I actually go through the agony of hours speaking to their CS.
