quick question to do with mobiles.co.uk
Options
hi all, this is prob a silly question but ive got to ask it as im panicking slightly.
My other half took out a contract a few months back with mobiles.co.uk where we claim back the line rental of £35 a month.
Up until now his bill every month has been £35 a month but this months has just come in and its £36 odd due to him entering some comp on the tv by sending a text message.
Now I know we are claiming back the line rental which is £35 a month but Im just wandering could we be declined the money back due to going over?
I feel its best to ask the experts on her so i know when i go to make the claim in a few months.

No need to worry at all about going over, it's all about your original tariff.
You can still claim your line rental, just not any payments outside and above your tariff.

No, it won't affect your claim, you'll get whatever money you are entitled to. Just make sure you follow the claim procedure to the letter. If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

Hope your claims goes smoothly - what sort of deal has he got??
Just make sure the correct bill is sent and get it acknowledged, either by signature (Royal Mail) or by their email reply (keep this very safe if going via this route).
