Avoid them ! It might work in some locations - and bear in mind some damp problems can come and go - but when it doesn't and you try and get your money back you'll find their 'guarantee' is worthless and you are dealing with some very unpleasant people.

Why did you reply to an old thread? As for the ****, I wouldn't trust a trade body, they serve their members, not the public. I think you are associated with them.
