Problems with Dialaphone
New user so please excuse any imperfections. I purchased a phone from Dialaphone (for the first time) through a link to this site. They had "problems" processing the order and when I looked at their "My Account" page it had a series of purchases going back to 2005, none of which were mine. I could see they weren't mine but could tell from the location for delivery apart from anything else.
This means that they have mixed my account and financial record with someone else's!!! They are trying to sort it out but didn't seem to appreciate the possible issues here. So beware Dialaphone (Maybe MSE should look into this, as they link) - they don't seem to have systems which really secure your personal information.
If I could pass this higher on the site I would but can't find an appropriate point other than a forum.
