5 lots listed on ebay, only a couple more to do which I shall leave until another day now. One item has a bid on already and 5 watchers - that's what we like!0

Yes we got married on Saturday just gone. Perfect day, sun was shining, everything flowed and it was almost perfect.
BTW don't wait to get tax credits, better in your pocket than theirs.0 -
Oh how wonderful! Huge congratulations YB, sorry I missed wishing you good luck beforehand! So glad the weather was nice for you too, it makes such a difference when the sun is shining. I bet you can't wait to get all the photos back now eh?
As for tax credits - I stupidly ripped the form up when I decided against filling it in so will have to phone them for another. Not my best move was it!0 -
Right, load number one is in the washing machine, loads 2 and 3 are lined up and waiting their turn. Will have to put it in the dryer to dry as it looks like rain again outside. I've had breakfast, DS has been fed and is now asleep in his bouncy chair. He slept a little better last night after we propped the head of his crib up - a tip from the midwife to ease the congestion a little. Hopefully he will shake this cold off soon as he's still suffering with it and it's nearly been two weeks now.
Ebay bids are up to nearly £30 already which is a great start.I founf two more items I could possibly list but, looking at similar items already on ebay, it's probably not worth my while, especially as one is quite bulky and will cost a bit to post. I have two more lots to list though when I get chance, hopefully today.
I am also going to look at changing the boiler and heating service package again today. I think there is only 50p a month difference between the package we're on and the cheapest rival, but Quidco often offer £50 or more cashback to switch which I shall take advantage of.I also want to look at switching our phone and broadband supplier as talktalk seems to have rocketed again.
Hubby has a half day today so we are planning on getting out of the house this afternoon, hopefully for a nice walk and coffee somewhere if the weather brightens up.
Have a good day all

Just sold one item on ebay for £9 via a 'best offer'.0

We went shopping this afternoon and picked up some supplies which cost £43, but £12 of that was on clothes for DS which were all half price in the sainsburys sale.
I got a few bits that he is short on as he's already outgrown all his first size stuff, and also got some lovely things in bigger sizes. My sister very kindly put £15 in my bank account today to buy some bits for DS so that has more than covered it - she owed us £25 for something we picked up for her but put £40 in - even though she had already given us £100 for baby and bought lots of other bits. She is very kind and dotes on DS already. I also had to spend £10 on getting 3 keys cut as we have managed to lose the only spare door key we have this week and have been managing with just one key - terrified in case we lose that one too! We also had to buy lots of medical stuff - hubby had a fall this week and we need to patch up his wounds daily at the moment and we bought some Karvol to try and help DS with his congestion. The midwife said it would be fine to use even though it says 3 months + on the box. We're using it sparingly at the moment, I really hope it helps him.
It's around two weeks until payday and we're doing ok, I think. We don't have a lot left in the grocery budget but have loads in so will only needs essentials and fresh produce.
I looked at the boiler care packages today but couldn't find british gas on quidco for cashback, just their business tariff. I also looked at changing our phones as our last bill with talktalk was £40 (including internet and all calls etc.). However, I then received our phone bill just half an hour later and it's only £28 this month!?! I'm not sure how it's so different as we've had the same usage pretty much, I'm sure they make it up... I'll leave it with them for a couple more months and monitor it to see how it goes.
Have a good weekend all

Two more surveys just completed, one has asked me to fill in a diary which, upon receipt, they will send me another Amazon voucher as an extra reward.
More than happy to participate as it will help towards hubby's birthday savings pot.
Ebay bids now up to £60...
...definitely time for bed now.0 -
£60 on Ebay is great. When do the auctions end?
Well I am just psyching myself up to start some painting. I am hoping to get a few jobs finished today, for example, where there should only be one coat left to do. If I get a couple of rooms finished, I can pack up the dust sheets and put things back etc so I should feel like I am making progress.
Have a nice day xMortgage, draw down Sept 2014: £222,000
Now: £173,2290
