Jerky AVCHD Playback

Using the Panasonic software, movie files in AVCHD will only play back in a jerky fashion, is there any download/suggestions to stop this... Yes I have Googled, but no joy. Thanks

How do you know that it isn't your computer?

    What specification does it possess?

As above - is your pc capable of handling such files?
Are you playing straight from the camcorder? May be better if you transfer the video file to your pc first and then try and play it.
What prog are you playing them with?

Sounds like your problem. Playing HD content generally requires a higher specification.
Just checked, there is no space for a graphics card. Only thing you can do is to increase RAM. May not be enough.

Perhaps a clean and minimal install might help, but then again, maybe not.

You might like to try VLC player, that can handle a lot of formats and it is free.

It may well play them, but will be limited by the hardware.
