Hi all i have a payg sony ericcson z750i and am having a problem receiving video or voice messages when my phone is off! when i try to open the message it says `profile error check internet settings` then after about an hour of it come up`download failed message expired on server.
If my phone is on and i get a message it opens no problem but if my phone is off this happens! I have gone to settings and found internet settings but no options are there other then my network which is already selected.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
