OK OK .Did you buy from this seller? I do not think so. There is no safe place.I have been scammed on Ebay, on Paypal and who cares.This paypal slogan, 'safety' is also a part of brand identity they are trying to have to convince people. It is a business. They also let you agree to terms and conditions that are mainly profitable for them.every single prominent company does same.
Intresting example: you buy a laptop in currys, then you want to return an item; within 7 days you do it, but you deleted some programs and installed yours...you might have a problem afterwords due to it as they might accept it.
There is so many ripoffs and examples, even on this forum but you are focusing on somebody that you have never bought from;D
Again, there is no 100%safe place.there is no need to carry on this conversation as everybodys has different experience and knowledge.buyers will decide where to buy and what to buy, hopefully safely.0 -
