Cheapest place to buy Norton 360 for 1 pc?

Options
Does anyone know where I can get Norton 360 for 1 PC on the cheap? I bought it for my laptop 18 months ago from Ebay and this was meant to be for 3 pc's, but OH has tried to install it on his laptop today and it's saying the license key is invalid

Please don't advise me on other antivirus software etc, I'm quite happy with Norton and would just like to know where I can get it cheaply please :)

Ooooh I didn't realise this, I thought that as it was a 3 year license that I could activate it on any computer in that 3 years :o

  • To be honest, probably not, as most of us don't like norton as it's very heavy on the system and there are better, free antiviruses which we use... Do ask if that has interested you! (But you didn't want other recommendations so none at the moment).

If you are used to Norton i would stick with it as a more complicated but better product may not be at its best if the user does not understand it as well as existing product .
Furthermore recommendations for AV is very much one of user choice .

Over the last twelve months Norton is no longer the poor product it had turned into and its not that heavy on resources now .

Most 3 PC licenses work in the same way one user eg a family otherwise the unused parts of the license can be sold on and starts from day of activation for all the 3 PC . Again other wise activate 1 pc twelve months later activate again as part 2 of the PC user and they lose two years license .

I quite like it to be honest, I know everyone has preferred programs but it hasn't seemed to slow my computer down (if it has I haven't noticed!) and as JJEgan says, it would be more complicated now for me to learn to use a new product (I'm not that technically minded!)

Thanks for the link M00nie, will have a look :D
