DFW's How many hours a day do you spend on MSE?

Are you addicted or disciplined?
I came on for 5 mins this morning while I ate my breakfast and I'm still here two hours later
I've decided I'm going to have to start rationing myself or nothing is going to get done.
I just wondered how long other DFW's are spending on here?
