I always host my own Ebay photos, i had one seller copy my photos and was using my link, i then changed it to a picture of a dildo so it appeared on his listing and as he had bids he couldnt change it

Excuse me for being a little like a Toc H lamp, but would you have to wait until your auction had finished, otherwise wouldn't your picture be a dildo as well?
