Cancellation of English Country Cottages Holiday

I Have Cancelled a booking for a Cottage for christmas we cancelled on the 8th of October and we have been informed that because we have only paid a small deposit we still owe them £108 so I want to know what will they do as I cannot see in the terms and conditions of any mention of a small deposit - take me to court if I refuse or shall I just ignore them as we have already paid a cancellation administration fee? please help thanks.

If you have already paid a cancellation fee then i would ignore them, if there's no mention of it in the terms and conditions then there trying to get extra cash from you, did you mention there was no sign of the small deposit fee in the terms and conditions?

It might helped if you checked your facts before giving out bad advice?

    From www.english-country-cottages.co.uk

Section 4 is about deposits: .......If you book a property at either a lower than usual, or a nil initial deposit, you also agree to pay the difference between the amount paid and the usual deposit, plus any booking fee and any insurance premiums due, either at the time the balance of your booking is due, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. If you cancel you must also pay all other applicable cancellation charges. Please refer to Section 7 for details regarding cancellations.

Section 7 is about cancellation: We will also retain a cancellation administration fee of £51 per week or per part week per booking.)
