On going AOL problem.

After getting no where near a decent speed on aol platinum they downgraded me to aol gold and told me i`d get a constant 2mb speed,well i`m getting constant ok but only constant 0.9mb.My modem shows 1.2mb but speedtest only show 0.9mb.I`ve been fobbed off no end of times by aol and am really sick of it.I`m tied into a contract until next july as welljust tomake it worse.my pc is top spec and spyware/virus free so wheres it all going wrong?...........thanks for any help.............Alan.

What speed does this website estimate that you should be able to get on ADSL? Perhaps you should have been re-graded down to the Silver package if that is all you can get on your line!
