  • Out of curiosity and also because it applies to my partners brother what if 1 person is self employed for 16 hours a week and the 2nd person currently claims incapacity benefit? Will the new 24 hour rule apply to them?

Does anyone know when the changes come in? I currently work 22 hours a week, single, 2 kids (1 disabled). How long have I got to find a job on 24 hours???
