We've got the fisher price kid tough camera, no fancy games but my 3yo can take a pretty good picture on it and it get thrown around and chewed on my my 16mth old but is still going strong. I'm really impressed with the battery life on it too I think they lasted about 5mths (Duracell ones)

I'm so glad to read that :) I have just bought this one for my dd's birthday - got it for a good price from Woolworths too

I just got 2 vtech ones for my 2 small girls.. the reviews were mostly very good on then.. I did check in great detail first... and if they are rubbish I will take them back as not fit for purpose.. because if they don't give acceptable picture quality they aren't. Ours had £10 off in tesco but they are back up to £50 now. I was sorely tempted by the camcorder version too!
