Atlas Car Hire

BEWARE: I used :DAtlas Car Hire to arrange a car hire for me in Portugal last month. They booked a car for me with "Best Deal". I booked a Renault Megane (or something similar), I was given an Opel Astra which had done 90K and had numerous faults.
On the last day I had a puncture. I changed the wheel, put the spare on and told the rep at the airport.
My credit card has now been charged £162. I raised a complaint with Atlas on 3 Oct 10 but so far to no avail.
Summary: Car hire through Atlas may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. In future I will stick to main-line hire firms, which will invariably be dearer but less problems.
Avoid :DATLAS CAR HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!
