I am doing an Asda shop soon so will try this.

I used the cholesterol at the weekend. I left it on for about four hours. It feels a bit clammy when your hair is wet,but it left my hair beautifully conditioned the following day.

Thing is, it looks good enough to eat don't you think ? :)

Buy it Iarmy - I liked it! Cheap and very easy to get in and around your scalp with, you can use tonnes!

Agree with the Cholesterol it is rather clammy and doesn't make your hair feel that great but - it sure feels good when it has dried through, always a staple for me.

Yes it would be nice to eat - not

Add a dollop of olive oil to the cholesterol (the bit your are applying - warm it a tiny bit) this is really good, and use a shower cap or if totally mse a plastic bag or tinfoil, all to keep in heat and aid with penetration ! to your hair, then wrap up with a towel and sit for a couple of hours.

This is good to do on a sunday, makes you feel pampered, you could also do a facial and your nails!

    Just reviving this thread :)

Have recently gone natural (black with tight, frizzy, fine hair that shrinks after washing) and I have not a clue what to do with my hair. If anyone can recommend a hairdresser in the NW, I would be most grateful. Will be trying the CO washing this afternoon to see if I get better results.

Best way I have found out is to leave conditioner in yr hair, my curls are the best now they have been and have tried loads of expensive products. Just let yr hair dry naturally. Always complemented on my hair - use frizz ease shampoo and conditioner
