ISA or pension?

Simple question really. Where should I put my money - ISA or company pension?
The background:
I earn about £32K - my wife does not work (hopefully she may in the future but possibly only on a part-time basis).
I am 50  tomorrow (don't know where the life as gone already) and hope to retire by around 60. I currently contribute about 25% (£450) of my income to the company pension which started about 2 years ago. I have money invested in ISA previously and invest about £100 a month into ISA now. ISA wise, I have about £45K (in both our names) in S&S isas and some cash ISA.
So, is that a good divide or should I put less money in pension and more money into ISA? Don't know much finance/tax implications when I retire.
Thanks.
