Maintenance contract for warm air heating

Hi there.We have warm air central heating in our house. We've had a contract with BG for few years now but it just keeps going up... it has gone up about 40gbp this year.. and that's with the low call discount!!! when i called them they said it was to cover extra expenses such as congestion charges (we are not in it!!).... Do you know somewhere where I can find who in my region (surrey/London SW) will cover such contract for warm air heaters?
