virgin mobile charging 30p a day for internet

As the title says
I took out VM20 200+3000 BlackBerry back in May of this year no problems quite good infact untill september when i got a bill over my £20
I looked into this and it read i had been charged for 30 a day on certain dates for intenet. I rang to ask why 'oh its a glitch you will be refunded'
Never was. Today i get another bill for again way over my £20 so i rang and after almost a hour of trying to talk to a lady who was in a very noisey office I GAVE UP.
The gist of it is that because i joined on the 29th i get billed on the 15th in advance. My contract runs from 15th to 15th for billing and 29th to 29th for call usage and the 30th to 30th for internet.
I really really really do not understand this and would welcome answers as i was told when you get a balance by dialing 789 this is not correct as you have to add the amount of usage on from the 29th to the 15th too so its kind of double backed each month.
I have 83 mins left on my allowance but im being charged for calls as the billing date is 15th

This is for everyone but more so me because i joined on the 29th and this internet is added on the 30th of every month.
I have 2 other phones for family members on this account and no worries at all infact i have been a happy customer of internet, phone , tv and mobile for many years but this has somewhat peeved me

All seems a bit silly this, Virgin should sort out their billing. Many threads on similar horror stories...Tough times never last longer than tough people.0
