Play.com are useless! Don't bother with them

As I said earlier in the thread, until sometime goes wrong with the item or it doesn't appear, you might not appreciate what a nightmare Play customer service is. I think they now count on people not being bothered about returning stuff as it's such hassle.

Poster about the PS3 - please let us know how long it takes to sort it out.

Quite shocked to read this as I've always found them to be very helpful and quick to sort out any problems.

I ordered a class 4 memory card from them, received a class 2.
Sending it straight back.
Another waste of time company that think they can get away with it, so off to do a complaint to jersey trading standards now.

I wish I would have seen this post before I ordered a basket full of dvd's from them recently. Well, I will be crossing my fingers and hoping that everything goes well. Still, now I'm a bit nervous.
