Adding ringtones to Samsung Tocco Lite

I've just acquired one of these phones and am new to anything but the most basic Nokia. I wanted to add a ringtone which I have downloaded off the internet, but I'm having difficulty getting it to appear on the list of ringtones. I used Samsung New PC Studio (software that came with the phone) to copy the file into the ringtones folder (drag and drop), but it still doesn't appear on the ringtone selection list. Any ideas?

I have a tocco lite mine are in My files , sounds . But i bluetoothed them from pc to phone not drag and dropped . I havent installed the pc studio on my pc
