Virgin Media TV Box.

Im having Virgin Media installed tomorrow. Ive ordered the basic TV package but want to upgrade it to the top package.

Can anyone tell me if V HD box and the V+ HD box are the same. I phoned them and they said I just need to call them after installation to get it upgraded so presumably its the same box and they just push some buttons.

Basically I want to be able to record, rewind etc.

I did and he said just phone after installation but something tells me to double check.

The difference between the V HD box and the V+ HD box is that you can pause, record and rewind tv with the V+ which is not available on the standard V.
