If you re-read my post you will see the part where i say i am not slating single parents!
I didnt hear this information "through the grapevine" , i heard it directly from the mouth of the girl to whom i am referring !
Our children run around together and i was in her house just the other day and she told me what benefits she receives !
She claims dla for arthritis - high rate - as she is unable to walk very far....that is until it hits 6pm nightly when she walks her two doggies for 8 miles !
Now....you can say that i am "slating" if you wish but dont you think if it meant that much to me i would report her ?;)
I saw it, yes! Trouble is, you had clearly said about freebies for single parents. That is untrue. The 'freebies' are for parents on benefits, single or not. Therefore it is irrelevent that she is a single parent.
I would not hesitate to report her if I felt she was fraudulently claiming DLA and other benefits. In fact, I'd far rather do that than sit moaning about her on an internet forum in order to make a point!
Do you not think you should report her then - when she openly admits she claims these benefits and you know for sure she has lied in order to receive DLA?0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Are you sure that she really goes on an 8 mile walk every night at 6pm ? She must have the fitest dogs ever !!0 -
we also dont get free school meals as although hubby works full time and is on a low wage we get WTC, i agree with this as i can spend it on what the children need rather than having a meal for them that they wont want to eat.Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

Think the OP's question has been answered, because she is in receipt of WTC she is not entitled to free school dinners. OP you might want to invest in some food flasks for hot lunches or get some ideas from the old style board.
