Tried to sort out a family friends Talktalk broadband. No adsl link light on. Been offline for 2weeks !! now and need to retry again this morning. Im sorry to hear of the problems you encountered with this issue.

If you join the Members forum we can provide feedback on the orignal Qube visit to see what the issue was and the actions taken, ensuring relevant feedback is given and any training etc provided.
