11 months left in my 24 month contracts
Comments

hi i have an iphone on a 24 month my iphone is knackered and 02 are saying i need to pay the full ammount per month. i want to get out of the contract and take out a new one same phone company 02 are good.
Any help out there?
Unfortunalty you signed up for 24 months and you need to see that 24 months out. Your airtime agreement is NOT tied to your phone, so a broken phone is not a reason you can use to cancel the contract.
If you want to cancel the contract it will cost you £monthly rental x Month left minus a bit of VAT.
Have you tried contacting Apple, they do fixed price repairs, and you may find it's covered on your household insurance too.0 -
you can cancel over the phone i did last week0

I've moved these three posts into a thread on its own as the original thread was pretty old.0

You certainly can.
They will still charge the early termination fee as your leaving before the mimimum term though.0 -

apple should fix it for you if u take it into a storeWhat goes around-comes around0 -
Take it into Apple anyway. They might be able to fix/replace it for a nominal charge.0

I agree.
However this is just a typical "get me out of my contract" post which there are new variants of daily :rotfl:0 -
