I'm looking for a realistic, free fireplace screensaver for these long winter nights
preferably with sound effects.
Just wondered if anyone could recommend a good one.

EDIT - Seems OK,

Has a couple of options to install toolbars, so remember to decline them on install but other than that it gives a fire with a crackling sound.
Don't use that website. It has a VERY poor reputation.

I've looked on Google but as virtually every site listed is rated as untrustworthy by Web of Trust it's a bit difficult to reccommend one. The only screensaver I can find in the first 3 pages which is rated safe is this 1 fireplace trial listed on Cnet.

Damn you just reminded me about a McAfee site advisor thing which gives green ticks for good sites.
That was just a quick find, didn't do the research on the site sadly
