We were quoted £52 for roadside. I pointed out their website offer of £28 for new members. After threatening to leave the AA and re-join at the £28 rate, he 'had a word with his manager'. Result - they dropped the price to £28.
I'm not usually comfortable haggling over prices. But in this case I thought it worth a go. After all, if you don't try you don't get.0
