Madasafish BB connection problem this morning

Anybody know if there is a problem with Madasafish BB today. Have been trying to get connected since about 9.00am and all I keep getting is Invalid username or password. Have unplugged modem and plugged back in, no difference.Checked on their web site for status and it says all clear.
