Motorola V220 problem

Hi,

I have the above phone and the charge on the phone has been running out very quickly -in about a day and a half with very little or no usage but turned on. When I first got the phone it would last in this state for about a week. I have just got another battery for it and the same thing has happened again. I got the new battery off ebay and is a compatible one so should be ok

Any ideas?????

hi i have the v220 phone as well and having the same problems as you. i got it in novemeber and for the past two months the battery has not lasted for long, i changed the battery but that did not work. i phone carphonewarehouse were i got it from and they advise me that i could take into the shop to be repaired but how long i will be without it, is anyone quess. she also said that because the contract is nearly up i can have a new deal. so i am waiting for her to come back to me with a good deal. if i have not heard from her today (spoke to her yesterday) i will take it into the shop.

Funnily enough my wife is having exactly the same problem with her V220. I bought a new battery off ebay with the same results. Obviously not a one off!

i have a v220 but i have had problems with the camera not working (and it needs a reflash (software reload)) but i havent had any problems with the battery (yet!)

and my mates moto v600 has the same problem with the camera
