O2 - How do you change tariff??

Hi,

I'm an O2 customer and want to change tariff- there is absolutely no information on how to do this online.

Surely you can do it without phoning them up?

Nope, You need to call them.

You may find you can't change plans, or be limited to what you can do and the customer service teams are probably the only ones with access to this information;

I know I can change plans, did so two months ago when my 9 months was
Up, but am 95% certain I did it online/ by email!

I think you can change contracts as part of an upgrade which can be done online. But if you just want to change contracts without upgrading, or you are not due an upgrade, then you need to call them.

Calling customer services is free from your O2 mobile though.

You may find thats the only change you are allowed, but only o2 can say for sure.
