From what I see, you've a Dell laptop running Vista SP2. How much RAM do you have installed? Vista generally needs a minimum of 2GB or it performs like a dog.
You also seem to have a lot of toolbars and programs running at startup. Are you sure you need all of them?
Do you use CCleaner regularly? If not, might be worth letting it scan to find and delete any junk files you have lurking. Also, do a registry scan and "fix" the problems it finds. BACKUP the registry first though, you'll be prompted.
You can also use CCleaner to look at your "startup" - save the list to a text file and post it on here and I'm sure you'll get advice as to what you can safely disable.0 -
