Many thanks again Amersal, sorry its been so long on here, usual presure of life and that cr*p that goes with it,
just got to send letter of authority back to them now so they can finalise the figures,
but the letter says they will pay in full plus interest,
it will probably take them another 12 months lol, but hopefully its over and done and dusted now,
