Vodafone & Quidco

Hi,

I'm aware a few people are having issue's with Quidco and Vodafone - everyone i have read though seems to have been sorted a lot quicker than mine....

I bought my phone November 3rd 2009 !

It was finally "Validated" on April 19th 2010 (this date appears to be the same for a number of case's)

So from the 19th it should have been a max of 120 days for me to be paid....

183 days have since come and gone and i still have nothing in my account.

I have contacted quidco numerous times but now im getting the auto reply of:

We are currently experiencing delays with payment of Vodafone transactions due to their affiliate network being behind with their processing, and we are working hard with them to rectify the situation. Please be assured that we will continue to do so until the issue is resolved for all members affected by this delay.

In the meantime I would like to thank you for your patience.


What if anything can i do to get this pushed through ? Will it elapse after say 12 months etc and become void ?

I'd like my £94 !

There's nothing you can do, sorry. It'll take it's own good time (mine took 2 years to pay out, so they do get there in the end!).

If it makes you feel better, you're not the only one waiting for Vodafone and their affiliates to pay up for a transaction from last November...

Hi,

After a very helpfull message from another member i've done some digging on this.

A year back Vodafone used two affiliate's for cashback systems etc.

One of those went bust, i contacted the other who are still in business but they have no details of my purchase, which leads me to believe it's with the company that went bust.

Apparently Vodafone had already paid them - the money just needed to be past on to Quidco when they went bust, taking the money with them....
