May I respectfully suggest that "Invited Guests Only" posts on the codes only thread are not removed until the original post is amended to reflect this? This would have prevented, I would hope, 3 people posting the message (and those automatically alerted to those posts wasting their time accessing the thread in order to re-set the alert mechanism) before GB could amend today's post.

Because Mee mentioned having bagged tickets I had even wondered whether the deleted posts had actually been incorrect and so attempted to get some available tickets but, of course, it was indeed only for those invited.

Fair point but if those people had actually posted their comments here (as they should have done) then it could have been an actual discussion rather than comments posted in the wrong thread.

Problem solved! I shall be able to get there in time for tickets. I should have read the T&C on the tickets, but thanks BettyBotter for being so kind...

Just wondering how early to get there to beat the queues...

Anyone already been to see Made in Dagenham? Do they check the ID? Do they issue more tickets than they have so have to turn away people?

Don't know but possibly not as they ask you to let them know if you can't make it so as to allow others in.

Thanks Roger. Does it have to be photo ID or anything with name and address? Just wondering as it is in my son's name and this morning he has asked us if we wanted to go instead as he is busy.

No didn't ask for id when I went but if theatre ticket in your son's name probably need a male and then should be ok. As far as I know they don't over issue tickets. Never seen anyone been turned away. Enjoy!

I saw made in dagenham last night.
I was worried they wouldn't give me them as tickets stated Thursday 21st (even though email correctly stated 21st was friday).
Anyway that was fine, but the guy in the box office told me they were supposed to have been cancelled (the SFF tickets) but they were trying to give as many as they could.
The theatre was full. So if going today, I assume it might be just as busy, so Id try get there right at the start of the period they state you can collect tickets (i got there right at 6.30 and they weren't ready yet, had to wait 5 mins, so don't think there's any point going earlier). Not sure if anyone did get turned away.
Wasn't asked for any id!
