After removing AVG, I would definitely recommend installing malwarebytes then avira (read instructions above).

Do you have ESET NOD32 as a downloaded programme or an online scanner? The answer would alter my answer to the use of avira.

AVG is now gone. Do you need the vtoolbar etc? I think it would be best for someone else to take a final look at your hijackthislog although do post your malwarebytes log.

Go to LOGS tab, then pick the relevant date - should be the top one if you haven't rerun a log or the second one if you have. Clicking on it should pop up a notebook message.

Don't install avira. I thought the ESET NOD32 were referring to the online scanner.
