Oh lots of horrible happenings while I have been absent! Will keep my fingers crossed that the various situations work themselves out as well as can be expected x

Em - I snagged me a silicone watch for a very MSE 26p :D just gotta wait for it to wing its way from HK now. At that price I can see me getting more though.

I'd like to say am up for a London meet but would prefer it not actually central London, I can't commit to much atm tho cos waiting to find out when OH can take his remaining hol. If it helps tho am south London.

I can't see it beckyandjack - you need to change your settings to available to all

Is it unusual for a nursery to shut for a week in August as well as the usual christmas and bank holidays? I'm just weighing up whether it would cause me any problems

Gill, mine doesn't but if you had plenty of notice you should be able to work round it? I know (now) that a lot of childminders do this.

Well, off to bed for me, catch up tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a better day tomorrow!

    xx

Eta: can't post a pic on here as not enough posts I think, but wanted to share one of Emily helping herself to cake from the knitchen worktop. Think I might try and make an album on the Goss FB group if anyone wants to laugh at my delinquent daughter.

I think it sounds worse than it is - when I;ve thought about it T will only be there for 3 days a week (I'm going back on 4 one of which is a Sat) so it's only 3 days to cover. I'm sure my parents would do at least one if they're about and DH is bound to have some flex days.

    Sunglasses are pretty cool, too.

Swaggers should look at the above links.
