The Next Verse: lovely pic of baby Kai :)

Smartie: also lovely pics of baby Daisy :) loving the outfit!

GISI; your DH is a total KH, he defiantely doesnt deserve you, but well done you for keeping you kool... I dont think I could have :o

Little man is STILL ILL  sorry if I keep going on but I am home alone and so so lonely, T is asleep on the sofa next to me and is being such an angel. He has been sleeping through despite being ill, bar last nite he woke 5am (which was a shocker! LOL). If he is still ill docs will try him on soya milk monday... *sigh* but his poop results should be in tomorrow... ah the fun I had collecting that sample.... ewwwww!!

He's also had a growth spurt and is even longer than before.. where does he get it from! He has also learnt to copy me poking my tongue out, and does it back to me while smiling and giggling, uber cute!

You lot seem so productive with your xmas shopping, I have barely started and kinda unsure where to start... I have got the baby present for my secret santa tho, and now have no idea what to get mummy :rotfl:

  • GISI, SS and 3 I'm  for you both. GISI you are being remarkably well behaved - if it was my DH the locks would have been changed by now. I echo the "make sure her husband knows", but I'm a cow ;)

EA - a preserving pot is just a laarge pan used for jam making, My mum calls her pot a jam pan Specifically designed ones have slightly sloping sides and has a thick bottom, but don't buy one unless you use it all the time - any large pan will do

If anynoe is still confused look in my facebook photos of Izzy - there are at least 2 of her sitting in my jam pan :rotfl:

We have been for a 34-week scan today because of OH's hypertension during last pregnancy; everything is going 100% normally this time and regular BP too, so that was good. OH wanted me to make the point that the lady doing this scan (and her last one too) was really awesome and basically she had great experiences at them, which is good as she is always reading horror stories about obnoxious people or incompetent appointments etc.

I'm glad scan went well :T. It is a shame these things depend so much on the personality of the person doing it, but I'm :D that you got a good-un!

What's the deal with chutney can I ask? The only chutney I ever eat is mango, and that's with my poppadoms. I honestly wouldn't know what to use onion chutney with? Like on toast?

I was going to do a hamper for my sisters birthday, I ordered some reduced Paris hilton perfume (no idea if it smells like spoiled milk like) off asos yesterday so paid £2.50 :rotfl: a Jelly belly bath set she can have too, was going to get some vitamin E cream or something to put in too as she is suffering horribly bad with stretchmarks. not sure what else I could put in to "fill it up" ?

Chutney is pretty much in the same category as pickle, so you eat it in sandwiches, with cold cuts/ploughmans type meals, with cheese and biccies and I have great big dollops of it with curry too :) )

Hamper - maybe some nail varnish? And there are lots of little boxes of choccies on offer at the moment in preparation for christmas. Socks? A nice pack of hair ties maybe?

Would the prospect of a future [STRIKE]builder's conference[/STRIKE] London-area meet help distract you some? Ladybird was talking about it but I don't think we ever went anywhere! What do people think? Need to sort out a location first.

We were talking about it on Sunday but I've not had time to think about it since. do you have any ideas for locations? I can ask my other London friend if she has any ideas too - she mentioned a baby friendly museum somewhere but I don't know whereabouts.

Very cute Mel - I had to remove the weird tags around it to make the picture show up but they're gorgeous :)

Did I mention that TNV's and Smartie's pictures are also gorgeous?
