I applied for a Capital One card on 16th October and was taken through to digitally sign the credit agreement but I have not yet heard anything from them. I have checked my credit file on creditexpert.co.uk and Capital One made 2 checks - one was one 16th October and one was on 18th October with 'identification: Generic Check' next to it. However, I've noticed both checks have my d.o.b. a day out.
Any ideas what may happen? Will I just be refused the card?
