Hi All. Can anyone advise if the insurance covers accidental damage - I dropped mine down 2 flights of stairs whilst leaving work today. It still works but won't slide properly and the screen picture is a bit wonky.

I'm wary as years ago my ex smashed up my mobile and the insurance didn't cover it as I didn't stay around to pick up the pieces so they said I had no evidence!!

Someone has advised that I may not be covered as I dropped it?
