Far from lies and I am not prepared to argue this fact. END OF CONVERSATION.
I came here asking for advice not to be INSULTED.
I have seen the proof first hand as he is the one who advised me to claim for it. You actually don't need to know the in's and out's of his issues and from what I can see and been told there is various reasons why he is more then eligible for it.0 -
I think someone is telling you porkies
single person over 25 only eligible for tax credits if they earn under £13,300. £300 a month :rotfl:ding dong the other one has bells on it.
I work forty hours a week (self employed) and earn very much less than £13,300. I only get £100 a month. No other savings or assets, so where does that info come from please, do you have a link to it online?"Ignore the eejits...it saves your blood pressure and drives `em nuts!"

Do you have children or a disability because it does effect the WTC hence the reason why my friend receives so much.0 -
My children are all grown, only one lives with me and she is an adult. Maybe that makes the difference, thanks for responding.

Tax credits - do you qualify?
Conclusion
Sorry, because your total income is more than £13,300 a year, you probably don’t qualify for tax credits.

Even if your "friend" is disabled and earns £21,000 a year he still won't get £300 per month tax credits. Next.*SIGH*
