Three changed my contract

I'v just had a look at my bill,and Three have changed my text allowance from unlimited to 4000.They have also changed my internet from unlimited to 1Gig.
Can they do this?
If not have i the right to cancel?

    They've always had a fair usage policy at those levels, they've just stopped calling them 'unlimited' and put that instead.

    Nothing has changed. Those were just the FUP limits hidden behind the word 'unlimited'.
