I need an idiot's guide on how to claim cash back from mobiles.co.uk, please.

Keep hold of the invoice paper that comes with phone, note the Invoice Date.

Work out the months to send bills for - they do have information on their site under the url

Work out how many claims you have to make, its dependent on length of contract and amount of cashback.

When it come to a claim month, send the bill promptly, don't delay. And send it via post, not through the web site. Send it signed for delivery - that costs £1.40 for a standard letter.

Check that royal mail deliver the letter, royal mail update their tracking information a few days later. When they do, take a screenshot of the proof document to prove you sent the bill.

PS - And take a copy of the bill before sending (spare copy helps if things go wrong).
