Anyone else in Scotland have trouble getting today's snowman? I have 2 local co-ops - one gave me tomorrow's toy and the other had no toys delivered at all!
and that was at 8:15am?

The snowman is lovely, it has a loop in the hat so you can use it as a tree decoration
my 5 year old is ridiculously excited about it!
My local hospital is a WHSmiths so I've been getting them there, but not enough for everyone who is asking me to collect for them, just the odd 1 or 2 spares. The staff yesterday let me have a spare from the day before, but they said they do need the voucher so I'm taking that up to them today.
They either have more in the box than they have in papers, or some customers don't want the freebie. They're not taking vouchers out of the papers they sell, but seeing as she asked me to bring in that extra voucher from the day before I am guessing that there are some stock control measures in place.
anyway, try hospitals and service stations if you are desperate.
When they did the toy story promo the hospital only had lego, on the days when it was a toy they had no stock. He says they will have all the lego this time but he is not sure about the box or playmat.52% tight0 -

I was told at my local co-op this morning that the toys can only be redeemed at ToysRus or WHSmiths. Made the trip to Toysrus, but wonder why no longer at the co-op?0

The co-op is just for Scotland...:wall:0

Me too my local Co-op gave me tomorrow's one which didn't click until later when I was on bus to work. When I got another paper in Somerfield to get the Snowman I was given the parrot - was told no snowman
and that was at 8:15am?
Well, my local co-op gave me the snowman today so I'm back on track hopefully to get the parrot tomorrow.0 -
I checked where the WHSmiths branches are round me & called the motorway services - they didn't have it as "they're just a franchise", but the tiny WHSMiths that lurk in railway stations (& the city ones that target the early dawn commuter business) not only have them but can be generous getting shot of them.
I was ready to buy 3 copies for the lads, and they just rummaged & sent me on my way with One paper & a generous handful of packets. :j
So it might be worth checking your local railway station, rather than the city centre branches? And Phone Ahead!
The Americans buy them? Well I'll be... Lego is for playing with, not Collecting, isn't it? Not that I'll leave the young unattended as they rip & chortle - any unattended Lego will get played with By Me :beer:0 -

Hi, I've sent off for mine being in a rural area and miles from whsmith, it seemed a better option, now I'm just wondering if anybody else sent for these via post and if they had got them yet? Many thanks Anna0
