Morning all,not much to report here, J is still holding on,scaring us all one minute with her breathing then opening her eyes cracking jokes the next! She's keeping us all on her toes and is determined to hang on as long as possible-what a fighter she is...the village mums meals on wheels service is working well for them, as is our nurse on call service (4 of her mates are ex nurses and all live within minutes so are on call to whip round at a moments notice if needed-so much nicer than strangers looking after her) I was there yesterday when she was being washed and there was peals of laughter from her ..a lovely atmosphere and a privilege to be there.
She is giving us all orders about her funeral,delegating jobs to us all from her notebook,oh to be so organised. Prayers please..SRM xx

Morning All

Had a busy morning so far, just doing bits and pieces. Still got loads left to do but baby steps and all that!

Been juggling money as well, as I have just realised that i still have a weeks shopping to get from this months wages, whereas I had been thinking that it would come out of next months. It is because we have started having it delivered on a Friday, so it has thrown my calculations out a bit.

However (and this is the good bit) I have enough left to cover it, which in the past would not have been the case. Thank goodness for this site, and all that it has taught me.

Your post is so touching SRM and brings home the frailty of human life. What a sad time for her and you all, but she is lucky to have so many wonderful people in her life. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Will light a candle for her at church tomorrow.

shhhh I am not here, I am currently 'attending' an online class about ratios and cashflows....great to be able to attend classes from bed, but I keep falling asleep!
