Tesco contract with BT Openzone access?

hi,
i have a tesco iphone contract thats supposed to include access to BT Openzone yet i cant use it. When i try to connect it shows my network as O2 (which i believe tesco use) and i put my mobile number in but it then brings up a screen saying i'm not authorized to use it.
i've spoken to tesco in store and by pone but they dont know anything about access with BT Openzone and their contracts.
has anyone else had a problem with this?

Have you registered your number with Openzone? It's not as simple as just entering your number the first time you use it.

Somewhere on the logon screen theres a bit where you can register to be able to use the service. Problem is it is not big text and took me ages to niotice on my iphone.
