Problem with Virgin Mobile
Options
On the 9th Oct my wife placed an order on the Virgin mobile website. The offer was for a Blackberry 8520 with unlimited internet, 50 mins of calls and 300 texts per month on a 24 month deal.
We applied online and completed all of the sections on the website.
My wife received an email from Virgin Mobile thanking her for her order and confirming the requested delivery date of 11th Oct.
Up till today there was still no phone so my wife phoned Virgin Mobile and explained the situation. Their representitive checked their system and told my wife they have no record of my wife placing any order. Surprise surprise the offer has now ended and the Virgin rep said there is nothing he can do.
Basically, I am thinking they are in breach of contract. Where do we stand?

Do you have any records of this- e-mail confirmation, order screen print-out.
If not then you really have no evidence that you went all the way through- if so then contact them again with this. If not evidence try and sweet talk someone else but...0 -
I have a copy of the screenshot of the order and a copy of the email they sent thanking my wife for the orderAdvice..........usually offered by someone recycling their bad experience:A0

Have you checked if the delivery charge has been taken from your wifes account?
I would contact them again and if they are still saying tough then ask to speak to a team manager. Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0
