    Whilst I was on mat leave I got stat mat pay and couldnt clain ctc whilst off as you are still classed as working , this may still be the case . If your that bothered give the CTC helplinea ring

    the fact that i will have worked more than 26 weeks out of the qualifying 66 weeks before my baby is born .

    Hi, thanks for your reply, wasnt aware that these forms came in the bounty pack :) i should qualify for maternity allowance as i have been working full time for more than 26 weeks in the 66 week test period ..

    You need to make sure your employer sorts out all the forms for the maternity allowance . they will still need your mat b for this , it can take upto 11 weeks to sort this out .
